Our client, a boutique law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for their Cape Coral, FL office. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Duties:
- Communicating and coordinating with clients, witnesses, court reporters, service processors, and opposing counsels
- Drafting and filing of motions, notices, and basic pleadings
- Coordinating and setting hearings, meetings, and depositions
- General file organization
- Billing for cases assigned
Requirements:
- Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Experience in the following practice areas: landlord/tenant, foreclosure, partitions, estate litigation and general breaches of contract
